Julie McLoughlin has been passionate about training and development for the entirety of her professional career. Trained as a teacher Julie took her first step into corporate development as the Safety and Training Manager at Melbourne Cricket Club a position she held for 12 years. A similar management role at Melbourne Racing Club followed. After having two beautiful boys Julie started her own company OHS&HR Management Systems in 2005 a company which is still operating today and works with clients such as Melbourne and Olympic Parks, Aquanita Racing, Teds Cameras and Mitre 10. Julie specialises in both classroom and online training development and delivery.
Julie holds a teaching degree, a Graduate Diploma in Sport Management, a Graduate Certificate in OHS, a Certificate IV Training and Assessment and a Double Diploma in VET and Training & Assessment and a Diploma in Leadership and Management.
Lisa Price has primarily been involved in the venue and ticketing industries for her professional career. Lisa was with the Melbourne Cricket Club for 24 years in a number of roles the most recent being Event Operations Manager, chiefly responsible for major event planning and delivery of event operations including overseeing the training and development of the casual event staff pool.
During her time at the MCG, Lisa was at the forefront of managing events at the venue including up to 50 games of Australian Rules Football (AFL) annually, AFL Grand Finals, international cricket (Test matches, one-day internationals and T20 matches), two Cricket World Cups (1992 & 2015), soccer World Cup qualifiers, Bledisloe Cup rugby union, state of origin rugby league and numerous concerts. In 2005, Lisa led the venue team in its liaison with M2006 for the delivery of the MCG as the main stadium for the 2006 Commonwealth Games
Making a career change Lisa joined Julie and Bruce in On Board Training in 2016 to further develop her passion for adult education and create a flexible working life to spend more time with her teenage son.
Lisa has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, a business degree in Tourism Management and a masters degree in Event Management from Victoria University. Currently sitting on the Venue Management School committee Lisa is an accredited venue manager and certified facilities executive.
